Membership Procedure

The Meadowvale Seniors Social Club offers activities organized by the Club’s volunteers in the Meadowvale Community Centre. Please refer to our online events calendar on our website [https://mssc.world/calendar ] which shows the schedule of activities. The activities take place in the Seniors Room which is located in the lower level of the Meadowvale Community Centre. Carpet Bowling, Knitting & Crafts, currently take place in the auditorium across the hall from the Seniors Room and Scrabble takes place in Meeting Room # 2.

Please note that the time-table of Summertime activities [July – August] is limited.

If you would like to check out one or more of the activities shown in our online calendar, please go to the Senior’s Room, half-an-hour before the scheduled start time of the particular activity. Once in the Seniors Room, please ask for the Activity Leader, who will answer your questions.

If you wish to become a member at that time of the visit then the Activity Leader/Official can provide you with a membership form.
The Membership application form requires basic information, including two emergency contacts and an email address.
Submit the application along with the requisite fee.
Upon acceptance of the valid application form along with the membership fee, the Activity Leader/Club Officer, will issue an MSSC membership card which indicates the date the membership is valid to.
Membership forms will not be processed once an activity starts or is in session.
Please be aware that some activities incur an additional token fee.

Annual Membership drives are held on various dates in September. Please check the Senior’s notice board for dates and times.
For the period Oct 1st, 2026 to Sept 30, 2027 and onward, the membership fee is $15 P/P.
(There is no proration of the fee/membership)
